built on experience. driven by frustration

Henrys was founded by Stephen McNicholas (FNAEA), following nearly three decades in the property industry.

Over 28 years, Stephen worked across sales, lettings and management — gaining a deep understanding of how estate agencies operate from the inside.

But with that experience came growing frustration.

The process of bringing properties to market was often slow and inefficient. Photographs, floorplans and EPCs could take too long to arrange. Admin delays held listings back. And internally, too much time was lost to poor communication and indecision between departments.

Henrys was created to change that.

To build a more efficient, more responsive, and more accountable way of working — where properties are launched properly, decisions are made quickly, and clients receive the level of service they should expect.
